The three steps

How verification works
✓ Email confirmed: required for everyone. Nothing goes live until you open the confirmation link we email you.
✓ License verified: we checked your license number by hand against the state’s public lookup, or the city or county lookup where licensing is local. Supervisors appear in browse only with this badge.
✓ ID verified: optional. You passed an ID check.
We keep only a pass or fail result and the check’s session ID. We never store ID images. More on how we verify.
